What you will do

• Design, structure, and launch multi-org programs from inception to execution, aligning them with strategic objectives.

• Drive flawless execution using metrics and risk mitigation strategies to ensure measurable business outcomes.
• Develop cohesive narratives to tie together business unit, portfolio, and program strategies.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional SaaS programs with a track record of scaling initiatives from scratch.
• Proven ability to create clarity and design processes in highly ambiguous environments.
• Expertise in program design, governance models, decision frameworks, and execution tracking.
• Strong data-driven communication skills to align leaders and communicate risks and outcomes.
• Ability to operate at both the strategic level (portfolio shaping) and tactical level (operational improvement).
• Strong relationship-building skills to influence without authority and manage conflict.
