Location: Remote, US (NYC preferred)

Salary: $90,000–$110,000 + equity

What you will do

  • Own HRIS administration, ensuring data integrity, system configuration, and leading the upcoming system implementation.
  • Execute end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring new hires are fully set up within 5 business days.
  • Administer health benefits, 401(k), and leave programs, including enrollment and employee support.
  • Manage the compliance calendar and maintain personnel files according to federal and state regulatory requirements.
  • Support bi-weekly contractor payroll processing and performance cycle administration via Lattice.
  • Identify and automate manual workflows and maintain internal resources and FAQs within Notion.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of HR/People Ops experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS administration (e.g., Rippling, BambooHR, Workday).
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Experience administering health benefits, 401(k), and managing open enrollment.
  • Familiarity with federal and state employment law compliance and record keeping.
  • Demonstrated curiosity and track record of adopting AI tools for efficiency.
