What you will do

  • Conduct new employee orientation and facilitate various onboarding activities.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employees regarding benefit questions and claims.
  • Administer group benefit and wellness programs, including health, dental, vision, retirement, and disability plans.
  • Monitor HRIS and benefit management systems to ensure data accuracy across automated feeds.
  • Establish and maintain purchase orders for benefit invoices and ensure timely payments to vendors.
  • Provide administrative support for the performance and pay-for-performance compensation cycle.

Requirements

  • 0-3 years of experience in benefits or related People programs.
  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • General understanding of Compensation and Benefits processes and compliance.
  • Ability to handle confidential data with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills, including presentation abilities.

Nice to have

  • Experience with payroll processes.
  • Specialization or certification in HR.
