TL;DR

Benefits Analyst: Supporting administration and compliance of U.S. benefits programs with an accent on data accuracy, audits, billing, and vendor coordination. Focus on ensuring regulatory adherence, process improvements, employee support, and special projects.

Location: Hybrid (in office Tuesday–Thursday) out of our Dallas, TX office.

What you will do

  • Partner with stakeholders to develop and distribute clear benefits communications.
  • Conduct audits for data integrity between Workday, payroll, and carriers, resolving discrepancies.
  • Manage benefits billing, reconcile invoices, create purchase orders, and process payments.
  • Assist in development, implementation, and management of U.S. benefits programs including medical, dental, vision, FSA, life insurance, disability, and COBRA.
  • Coordinate with vendors on data integration, enrollment issues, and process improvements.
  • Respond to employee inquiries, investigate issues, identify trends, and provide resolutions.
  • Support compliance through audits, non-discrimination testing, filings, and ACA reporting.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of benefits administration experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience) preferred.
  • Solid understanding of COBRA, ERISA, HIPAA, FMLA, and other U.S. benefits regulations.
  • Proficiency in Workday highly preferred.
  • Strong MS Office skills (especially Excel).
  • Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
