What you will do

• Lead day-to-day benefits operations, including enrollments and life event processing.
• Coordinate annual enrollment cycles, including system updates and communication efforts.
• Manage relationships with brokers, consultants, and third-party vendors to maintain service quality.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations and oversee required filings and audits.
• Develop communication strategies to improve employee awareness and utilization of benefit programs.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and development to a team of benefits professionals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience administering employee benefits programs in a multi-state environment.
• 3–5 years of leadership experience with responsibility for mentoring and developing team members.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements impacting benefits administration and compliance.
• Proficiency with HRIS platforms and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.

• Professional certifications such as CEBS, PHR, or SPHR.
