What you will do

  • Administer and manage global benefits programs including health, dental, vision, retirement, leave, and wellness.
  • Serve as primary contact for benefits brokers, carriers, and vendors; handle renewals, open enrollment, and escalations.
  • Own US 401(k) plan accuracy, compliance, enrollments, audits, and Form 5500 filings.
  • Manage equity program administration in partnership with Fidelity for data accuracy and participant experience.
  • Lead open enrollment planning, communications, and employee education.
  • Handle end-to-end leave of absence processes and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Evaluate benefits utilization, recommend enhancements, and partner with Payroll, Finance, and HRIS teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years in benefits administration, ideally global or multi-country
  • Strong knowledge of US benefits regulations (ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA)
  • Experience with HRIS, benefits platforms, Google Sheets, or Excel
  • Excellent communication skills to explain complex benefits concepts
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • CEBS or similar benefits certification
  • Familiarity with international benefits practices
  • Rippling experience
