What you will do

• Prepare contract documents and manage the bidding process, including creating bidders lists.
• Lead evaluation processes by distributing quotations and preparing commercial bid tabulations.
• Coordinate and manage the negotiation process to resolve commercial terms and conditions exceptions.
• Manage award and conforming processes and resolve simple claim or dispute events with vendors.
• Solicit budgetary pricing for equipment, material, or labor to support estimating and proposal efforts.
• Train and mentor other Procurement Representatives under supervisory oversight.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• BA or BS degree in Supply Chain, Business, Technical/Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (relevant experience may be substituted).
• Must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding, including criminal/civil background checks, drug screens, and motor vehicle records search.
• Proficiency in MS Office and database functions.
• Strong skills in contract comprehension, mathematics, and organizational management.
