What you will do

• Prepare contract documents and maintain bidders lists.
• Issue and support the end-to-end bidding process.
• Manage evaluation processes, including commercial bid tabulation and collaboration with technical teams.
• Coordinate and manage the negotiation process for selected bidders.
• Resolve simple to moderately complex commercial terms and conditions exceptions.
• Solicit budgetary pricing to support project estimating and proposal efforts.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in procurement or supply chain.
• BA/BS degree in Supply Chain Business, Technical/Engineering, or Construction Management (or equivalent experience).
• Proficiency in contract comprehension and accurate data entry.
• Strong written and oral communication skills and high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office and database functions.
• Must be able to complete pre-employment background checks, drug screens, and motor vehicle record searches.
