What you will do

• Manage the full procurement lifecycle, including forecasting needs, developing bids, and executing purchase orders.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Project Management, and Construction Management to align procurement with project schedules.
• Coordinate with vendors on material descriptions and review vendor approval drawings.
• Expedite delivery of major equipment and materials to ensure strict procurement timelines are met.
• Verify invoices and maintain detailed procurement records, O&M manuals, and test reports.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain.
• Must be located in or able to work on-site in Pineville, Louisiana.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Associate degree in Supply Chain or Business Administration preferred (or HS diploma with 2+ years professional experience).
• Clean driving record and a successful Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) are required.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.

Nice to have

• Experience in a project-based, construction, or engineering environment.
• Experience with ERP or procurement systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Viewpoint Spectrum.
• Familiarity with electrical materials and data analytics tools.
