What you will do

• Manage the bidding process, including preparing contract documents and bidders lists.
• Lead evaluation processes by distributing quotations and preparing commercial bid tabulations.
• Collaborate with engineering and construction teams to conduct technical and constructability evaluations.
• Lead and manage negotiations to resolve simple and complex commercial terms and conditions.
• Oversee the award and conforming process and resolve vendor claims or disputes.
• Solicit budgetary pricing for equipment and labor to support estimating and proposal efforts.

Requirements

• Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience.
• BA or BS degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Must be based in the US; visa sponsorship is not available.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Overland Park, KS.
• Strong proficiency in contract comprehension, data entry, and MS Office.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
