What you will do

• Prepare contract documents and manage bidders lists.
• Support the bidding process and manage the evaluation of quotations.
• Collaborate with engineering and construction teams on technical and constructability evaluations.
• Coordinate and manage the negotiation process for selected bidders.
• Resolve moderately complex commercial terms and conditions exceptions.
• Manage the award process and maintain vendor databases.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Degree in Supply Chain Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proficiency in contract comprehension and data entry.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Visa sponsorship is not available.
• Must be able to complete pre-employment background checks and drug screens.
