What you will do

• Analyze administrative, statutory, and regulatory laws to identify possible violations and causes of action for litigation.
• Plan and conduct detailed investigations, examining financial records, computer data, and billing statements.
• Perform in-person and telephonic interviews of witnesses and coordinate surveillance with law enforcement agencies.
• Gather and preserve voluminous documentary and physical evidence using forensic services.
• Prepare interim and final investigative reports for AUSAs and supervisory attorneys.
• Assist in trial preparation and provide expert testimony in court.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• At least 5 years of demonstrated ability in a similar investigative position.
• U.S. Citizenship.
• Ability to perform detailed work under pressure and take initiative.
