What you will do

• Manage site infrastructure installations and construction projects to meet schedule and cost targets.
• Develop pre-construction strategies to streamline permits and entitlements for ground infrastructure.
• Build and maintain relationships with City Managers, Council members, and inspectors to facilitate smooth approvals.
• Collaborate with Legal and land use counsel to navigate evolving regulatory landscapes.
• Source and manage general contractors and subcontractors across electrical and assembly trades.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with pre-construction and construction phases.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Structural), Real Estate Development, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in real estate development or construction.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder alignment and leadership reporting.
• Familiarity with construction software such as Bluebeam and Procore.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Ability to travel frequently (75%+), primarily within the West Coast Region.
