What you will do
- Own the digital storefront, managing product content, metadata, and promotional calendars within Shopify.
- Drive commercial performance by analyzing GA4 data and heatmaps to identify and resolve conversion friction points.
- Lead product range recommendations and monitor inventory performance to identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with CRM, Paid Search, and Paid Social teams to align product data and insights.
- Brief the web development team on UX improvements, content priorities, and technical requirements.
- Ensure all patient-facing content is accurate, compliant, and supports the customer journey.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in e-commerce, ideally with D2C brands.
- Strong working knowledge of Shopify (headless CMS experience is a plus).
- Analytical proficiency with GA4 or similar tools to translate trends into action.
- Proven ability to manage product data, compliance tagging, and operational processes.
- Commercial acumen regarding margins, conversion, and unit economics.
- Must be based in or able to commute to London or Winnersh.
Nice to have
- Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or other regulated environments.
- Familiarity with design tools such as Figma or Canva.
- Exposure to SEO and on-site optimization techniques.
- Experience with heatmap or session recording tools like Hotjar or Contentsquare.
