Location: Hybrid (US - Chicago). Must be based in the US with an in-office expectation of 2-3 days per week.

What you will do
- Qualify and follow up on inbound leads across various channels to generate a high-quality pipeline.
- Engage prospects using AI tools and data insights to deliver highly personalized outreach.
- Partner with Marketing to refine lead quality and provide feedback on campaign performance.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure the seamless handoff of qualified opportunities.
- Utilize AI-driven workflows and automation to improve speed-to-lead and conversion rates.
- Track activity and maintain accurate pipeline data within Salesforce.
Requirements
- Experience in an inbound SDR, BDR, or customer-facing role.
- AI Literacy: Proven ability to integrate LLMs and AI tools into daily workflows to increase productivity.
- AI Mindset: Proficiency in writing effective prompts and applying critical thinking to AI outputs.
- Strong communication skills to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high-volume inbound activity.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Nice to have
- Exposure to Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Data Warehousing.
- Experience with Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Familiarity with ChatGPT or other sales engagement automation platforms.
