What you will do

• Implement and maintain the reserving governance framework and standards across processes.
• Lead the development and maintenance of documentation for reserving methodologies and assumptions.
• Oversee the execution and testing of controls related to reserving.
• Coordinate with Finance, Risk, and Internal Audit teams on control reviews and remediation.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen controls and enhance governance processes.

Requirements

• 10+ years of actuarial or related experience with exposure to reserving.
• Strong understanding of governance, controls, and documentation requirements.
• Experience with SOX controls and audit processes.
• Strong organizational, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Must be based in or able to work from Warren, NJ, Philadelphia, PA, or New York, NY.
