What you will do

• Lead the evolution of the global ERM framework, aligning it with business priorities and regulatory expectations.
• Conduct enterprise-wide risk assessments covering strategic, operational, financial, compliance, cybersecurity, and reputational risks.
• Develop risk reporting dashboards, heat-maps, and KRIs for the Board of Directors and Audit Committee.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Legal, Finance, IT, HR) to embed risk management into daily decision-making.
• Evaluate risks associated with emerging technologies, including AI/ML and cloud infrastructure.
• Support business continuity and resilience planning as part of the broader ERM capability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of related experience (or 12 with Master's / 8 with PhD).
• Experience in ERM within a global technology or innovation-driven company.
• Strong understanding of regulatory environments such as GDPR, SOX, ISO 31000, and NIST.
• Proven ability to influence senior executives and the Board of Directors.
• Location: Must be based in Providence, RI (Hybrid).

Nice to have

• Certifications such as CRM, FRM, or CERA.
• Prior consulting experience.
• Experience with risk management software and data analytics tools.
