What you will do

• Manage Loungefly partnerships, including forecasting, relationship brokering, and contract negotiations.
• Lead and mentor the Assistant Manager of Licensing to ensure delivery of unit duties.
• Identify new business and revenue opportunities in partnership with Sales and senior leadership.
• Analyze market, consumer, and industry trends to develop growth plans by licensor and product line.
• Implement product, merchandising, and marketing strategies to maximize sales and meet contractual commitments.
• Act as a liaison between internal Product Development teams and external Licensors to ensure compliance and innovation.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years of direct IP merchandise, fashion categories, or adjacent licensing experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a persuasive approach.
• Must be based in Burbank, CA.
