What you will do

  • Own the operational execution of member retention and upsell campaigns from brief intake through build, QA, and deployment in Iterable.
  • Build and configure member journey touchpoints including onboarding sequences, engagement nudges, and at-risk intervention sends.
  • Coordinate multi-channel scheduling (email, push, and in-app) to ensure synchronous delivery of member moments.
  • Conduct thorough QA on personalization tokens, suppression logic, rendering, and segmentation accuracy.
  • Manage the campaign calendar, tracking launch dates and journey triggers.
  • Analyze performance data such as churn signals and conversion rates to support reporting and strategy.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM coordination, or email marketing operations.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (Iterable preferred, or Braze/Klaviyo).
  • Must be based in the US or Canada.
  • Strong project management instincts and a quality-obsessed approach to member communications.
  • Interest in health data and personalization.
