What you will do

• Deliver HSE services and functional support for hirify.global operations in the US and Canada for Customer Sites and Automation locations.
• Coordinate global HSE processes and develop location-specific HSE procedures.
• Identify HSE risks and implement corrective solutions for customer site projects.
• Lead incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective action implementation.
• Manage ISO 14001 and 45001 certification, including audit management and roadmap implementation.
• Analyze HSE performance and provide comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience working in HSE in a similar environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in health & safety, environment, manufacturing, or mechanical engineering.
• Knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management system standards.
• Proficiency with local, state, and federal safety/environmental regulations.
• Must be living and authorized to work in the US.
• Ability to travel 20% to 35% to other hirify.global facilities and customer sites.
