Salary: $94,200 - $141,400 annually

What you will do

  • Lead and orchestrate the Global WHS Program at the site level.
  • Partner with Operations leadership to weave safety into daily operational fabrics.
  • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and transform safety data into actionable strategies.
  • Build and develop a high-performing team of WHS professionals.
  • Measure performance against WHS policies and conduct site audits to address non-compliance.
  • Oversee recordkeeping, workplace organization, and WHS training programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 5+ years of increasing responsibility in EHS or environmental programs in manufacturing, production, or service operations.
  • 5+ years of increasing responsibility in people and performance management.
  • Must be able to work onsite in Houston, TX.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 49 lbs and stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts.
  • Must obtain First Aid, CPR, and AED certification within 3 weeks of start date.

Nice to have

  • Master's degree.
  • Experience in Distribution Centers or Manufacturing with sites of at least 250 people.
  • Certified Safety Professional (CSP) designation.
  • Experience implementing lean principles and process improvement.
