What you will do

• Implement and maintain EHS programs aligned with corporate standards and local regulatory requirements.
• Drive site compliance and continuous improvement in support of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 certifications.
• Manage environmental permits, inspections, reporting, and compliance with OSHA, EPA, and state regulations.
• Conduct safety and environmental risk assessments, job hazard analyses, and workplace audits.
• Lead incident and near-miss investigations, performing root cause analysis to ensure effective corrective actions.
• Deliver EHS training for employees and contractors while promoting a proactive safety culture.

Requirements

• Experience in leading and developing Environmental, Health, and Safety programs in an industrial setting.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and state-level environmental regulations.
• Experience working with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards.
• Proven ability to conduct root cause analysis and manage risk assessments.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite at the Lancaster, OH facility
