What you will do

• Lead and manage all aspects of the HSE program for High Voltage installation sites across North America.
• Provide daily leadership and direction to the Field Safety Coordinator.
• Plan and maintain comprehensive environmental health and safety programs at multiple construction sites.
• Conduct HSE audits to ensure compliance, identify corrective actions, and implement follow-up assessments.
• Interface with OSHA, EPA, and state agencies to maintain regulatory alignment.
• Establish and track site-specific HSE orientation and ongoing compliance training for employees and subcontractors.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial and construction HSE management, specifically with electrical installations.
• Hands-on experience with High Voltage (> 69kV) cable systems and installation.
• Extensive knowledge of OSHA 1926 Standards and EPA regulations.
• Ability to travel 35% to 50% of the time, including occasional extended stays.
• Must be based in the USA.

Nice to have

• Experience working in energized substations/manholes up to 345 kV.
• Knowledge of Canadian Safety and Environmental regulations.
• Current certifications in CPR and OSHA 30-hour Construction Safety.
