Accounting Manager (LATAM)

What you will do

• Manage all accounting operations and compliance for the group's entities in Latin American markets.
• Review and close monthly and annual accounts, including the estimation of provisions for deferred revenue and depreciation.
• Implement new accounting processes and secure flows to scale operations efficiently.
• Develop internal controls and act as the primary point of contact for local LATAM compliance and audits.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects, including the development of the Navision ERP and financial tool optimization.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional accounting certification (CPA/Contador Público), with preference for certification in Colombia or Mexico.
• 2-3 years of experience in a Big Four company.
• At least 1 year of experience as an Accounting Manager or Supervisor.
• Proven experience managing or auditing accounting operations specifically in Latin America.
• Fluent English (professional working proficiency) and native/bilingual Spanish.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Navision (Microsoft Dynamics) or similar ERP systems.
