What you will do

• Manage and account for expense notes and company visas.
• Maintain company ledgers and handle daily financial transactions.
• Generate financial documents including bills, invoices, pay-orders, and purchase orders.
• Identify and correct discrepancies in ledgers and accounts.
• Perform monthly accounting closings and implement the Immediate Supply of Information (SII).
• Coordinate payment and billing details for external service providers, contractors, and vendors.

Requirements

• Certificate of Higher Education or specific studies in accounting.
• At least 1 year of experience working within an accounting department.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel.
• Solid knowledge of accounting procedures and standards.
• Experience with accounting ERP (Exact on Line).
• Intermediate English level
