What you will do

  • Manage and oversee corporate income tax compliance and related obligations for the Netherlands, UK, and Spain.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for tax matters, providing support to business teams across the group.
  • Monitor changes in tax legislation and case law to implement risk mitigation and optimization measures.
  • Oversee communications with tax authorities, external advisers, and other stakeholders.
  • Analyze technical tax issues including tax treaties, withholding taxes, and permanent establishment risks.
  • Support the design, implementation, and maintenance of transfer pricing policies and documentation.

Requirements

  • Higher education degree in taxation, law, economics, or accounting.
  • At least 7 years of taxation experience, preferably in a Big Four or multinational in-house environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge of European taxation and a thorough understanding of the Dutch taxation system.
  • Fluent English proficiency (written and spoken).
  • Experience handling both advisory and operational tax matters.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in Dutch or Spanish.
  • Experience with taxation systems in the United Kingdom and Spain.
