What you will do

• Manage AP & AR processes (invoices in/out) in the ERP system.
• Maintain financial master data and support payment runs.
• Handle employee expenses and travel costs via dedicated tools.
• Perform bank reconciliations and contribute to cash flow forecasting.
• Execute general accounting tasks including accruals, prepayments, and fixed assets.
• Support month-end closing and contribute to standardization initiatives.

Requirements

• Educational background in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• At least two years of working experience in Finance Operations.
• Fluent English for professional communication.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Business Central or similar).
• Strong attention to detail and a structured, organized way of working.
• Location: Must be able to work from the Madrid office (Hybrid).
