Contracts & Risk Manager

Total compensation: $100,000 to $115,000

What you will do

• Review bid documents, contracts, terms & conditions, and change orders.
• Negotiate and approve contractual terms, manage full contracting process from review to execution.
• Drive preparation, pricing, negotiation of change orders; issue service suspensions and formal notices.
• Coordinate AR recovery, negotiate payment arrangements, mediate disputes.
• Manage liens, bonds, insurance certificates; support dispute resolution and arbitration.
• Educate staff on contracts, participate in escalation reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Finance, Construction Management, or equivalent.
• 5+ years in contract management, commercial/risk management.
• Strong knowledge of contracts, change orders, liens, bonding, commercial risk.
• Experience negotiating commercial agreements.
• Ability to analyze contractual/technical documents; strong communication/negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contract tools; manage multiple priorities.
