What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end exam lifecycle and fulfill external examination requests independently.
• Coordinate and track corrective actions resulting from supervisory activities and report progress.
• Maintain a central repository for examination workpapers, responses, and regulatory guidance.
• Draft reports and presentations to communicate compliance results and risk escalations to stakeholders.
• Perform due diligence reviews to ensure documentation quality prior to regulatory submission.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in licensing, compliance, regulator, or internal audit, ideally in consumer financial services.
• University degree or equivalent additional professional experience.
• Working knowledge of consumer protection laws including HMDA, BSA/AML, OFAC, Reg E, FCRA, FDCPA, TILA, and UDAAP.
• Must be based in the USA; visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
• Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills.
