What you will do

• Act as the primary liaison for assigned clients in the French market to ensure exceptional service and support.
• Analyze client program performance, sales trends, and redemption data to provide actionable strategic recommendations.
• Identify and execute upselling opportunities for additional services and features to enhance client outcomes and company revenue.
• Develop and present detailed reports and dashboards during regular client performance reviews.
• Manage contract expirations and prepare tailored SVS solutions for retail relationships.
• Collaborate with internal sales and product teams to drive usage and adoption of gift card programs.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in account management, client services, or business development, preferably in B2B, loyalty, or gift card industries.
• Fluency in both French and English is required.
• Must be based in France (home-office) with the ability to travel for client presentations and team meetings.
• Proficiency with CRM tools, Excel, and data visualization/reporting platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
