What you will do

  • Manage the renewal pipeline across all customer segments through multi-channel outreach.
  • Prepare and send customized proposals and quotations following established pricing guidelines.
  • Respond to inbound sales and drive cross-sell initiatives via ticketing, phone, chat, and email.
  • Process contracts and sales transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Support Account Managers and BDMs with administrative workflows, including purchase orders and invoices.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records in HubSpot and prepare reports on renewal activities.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar sales operations or customer retention role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in Greek and English.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot or similar) and MS Office.
  • Experience handling contracts, purchase orders, and formal documentation.
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fully remote setup.
