What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end operational strategy and execution for large-scale, high-complexity events.
• Design scalable operational models, processes, and tools from scratch to translate partner needs into reality.
• Solve complex, undefined problems and design proactive risk mitigation strategies in ambiguous environments.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and local Operations teams to align multiple stakeholders around a clear plan.
• Oversee the ground-level implementation of designed solutions to ensure they meet partner and internal standards.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in top-tier consulting (MBB or similar) or Strategy & Operations roles in high-growth companies.
• Proven track record of solving complex, ambiguous problems and leading projects from early-stage definition to final execution.
• Strong structured problem-solving skills and a builder mentality.
• Ability to manage stakeholders and influence without authority.
• Fluent English proficiency is required.
• Must be based in Buenos Aires.

Nice to have

• Experience in operational environments such as logistics, marketplaces, or large-scale physical operations.
• Exposure to the live events industry.
• Analytical skills, specifically proficiency in Excel and SQL.
