What you will do

• Manage a team of Language Leads and Linguistic Specialists to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
• Coordinate daily language production for text, UI, VO scripts, and marketing copy in partnership with Localization Producers.
• Resolve escalations regarding terminology, tone, style, and cultural appropriateness.
• Track delivery progress, bug triage loops, and localization review milestones.
• Mentor direct reports and provide performance input to support their professional development.
• Collaborate with LQA, VO, and Marketing Localization teams to ensure terminology alignment.

Requirements

• Experience in content localization or linguistics, preferably within the games, media, or entertainment industry.
• Strong understanding of language quality principles, including transcreation and cultural nuance.
• Proficiency with CAT platforms, terminology management systems, Jira, and Confluence.
• Proven ability to manage schedules, track tasks, and guide small teams.
• Fluent in English; fluency in at least one other supported language is strongly preferred.
• Must be based in Madrid, Spain (Onsite).

• Bachelor's degree in linguistics, translation, localization, or a related field.
