What you will do
- Serve as central intake point for Guest Services initiatives, capturing and logging all incoming work.
- Establish intake standards, size work, evaluate ROI, and support prioritization.
- Engage stakeholders across AI, product, engineering, operations, and partners for alignment and ownership.
- Build and maintain consolidated roadmap reflecting priorities, dependencies, and capacity.
- Track progress, remove blockers, and manage process changes or technology implementations.
Requirements
- 6+ years in program management in customer support, contact center, or service operations.
- Experience building intake, orchestration, PMO, or operating models from the ground up.
- Strong ability to structure ambiguous environments and manage competing priorities.
- Proven cross-functional stakeholder alignment, accountability, and execution.
- Experience with prioritization frameworks, sizing, or ROI methodologies.
- Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to operate independently.

- Experience with AI, automation, or digital support initiatives.
