What you will do

• Own special projects and strategic initiatives, working directly with the CEO
• Build and formalize claims operations as we scale rapidly (processes, hiring, workflows)
• Design scalable, data-driven processes that optimize product workflows
• Lead cross-functional problem solving across product, engineering, and business teams

Requirements

• 2+ years in MBB consulting, investment banking, private equity, or top-tier startup in strategic projects/operations role
• Located in or willing to relocate to San Francisco
• Exceptionally intelligent, hard working, ready to move fast
• Data-driven, structured, attention to detail
• Creative solution-oriented thinking with detail-oriented execution
