What you will do

• Lead and manage strategic cross-functional projects from initial conception through to implementation.
• Develop and execute initiatives focused on customer growth and retention.
• Conduct in-depth market, competitive, and customer analyses to inform strategic business decisions.
• Build and maintain complex business models and forecasts using Google Sheets and Excel.
• Manage business reporting and dashboards using Tableau and spreadsheet tools.
• Support sales and retail partnership activities, including outreach and campaign management.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in strategy, project management, or management consulting.
• Must be based in Argentina, Colombia, or Latin America.
• Ability to work aligned to EST business hours.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel.
• Proven experience managing complex cross-functional projects and handling large data sets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for stakeholder influence.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Tableau.
