What you will do
- Lead and manage strategic cross-functional projects from initial conception through to implementation.
- Develop and execute initiatives focused on customer growth and retention.
- Conduct in-depth market, competitive, and customer analyses to inform strategic business decisions.
- Build and maintain complex business models and forecasts using Google Sheets and Excel.
- Manage business reporting and dashboards using Tableau and spreadsheet tools.
- Support sales and retail partnership activities, including outreach and campaign management.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in strategy, project management, or management consulting.
- Must be based in Argentina, Colombia, or Latin America.
- Ability to work aligned to EST business hours.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel.
- Proven experience managing complex cross-functional projects and handling large data sets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for stakeholder influence.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Tableau.
- Passion for pet wellness or experience within the consumer goods sector.
