What you will do

• Lead the operational strategy and end-to-end execution of large-scale, high-complexity global events.
• Design scalable operational models, workflows, and tools from scratch to meet partner needs.
• Solve complex, undefined problems and develop risk mitigation strategies in ambiguous environments.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product, and local Operations teams to align stakeholders on execution plans.
• Oversee on-the-ground implementation and unblock critical issues for local teams.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in top-tier consulting (MBB) or Strategy & Operations roles in high-growth companies.
• Proven track record of solving complex, ambiguous problems and leading projects end-to-end.
• Ability to break down complexity into actionable plans and operate independently with high ownership.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence without authority.
• English: Fluent (C1) required.
• Location: Must be based in Buenos Aires.

Nice to have

• Experience in operational environments such as logistics, marketplaces, or large-scale physical operations.
• Exposure to the live events industry.
• Analytical proficiency in Excel and SQL.
