What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and agencies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop creative production solutions combining technical, scenic, and brand experience elements.
• Manage project budgets, quotations, and profitability while overseeing technical specifications and CAD layouts.
• Coordinate internal teams, freelancers, and suppliers to ensure seamless delivery.
• Lead onsite production teams during build, live operation, and breakdown phases.
• Support business development and client growth initiatives.

Requirements

• Significant experience in event production management within an agency or production company environment.
• Proven track record of managing complex live events, exhibitions, and brand activations.
• Strong commercial awareness with experience in budget management and procurement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CAD software for technical documentation.
• Full UK driving licence required.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
