What you will do

• Manage multiple client projects simultaneously from initial brief through to final delivery.
• Coordinate project delivery across design, print, fabrication, branding, logistics, and installation teams.
• Develop comprehensive project timelines, schedules, and detailed delivery plans.
• Manage project budgets, quotations, purchase orders, and cost tracking.
• Plan and oversee nationwide logistics, installations, and the movement of client assets.
• Conduct project reviews and gather client feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Previous experience in event project management, activation delivery, exhibitions, or experiential marketing.
• Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines simultaneously.
• Commercial awareness and experience managing project budgets.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Authorization to work in the UK without visa sponsorship.
