is looking for a Sales Development Representative to play a key role in driving and growing their business.
What you will do
- Qualify leads efficiently using pre-sales techniques and strategic materials.
- Understand customer needs and provide solutions aligned with 's business model.
- Follow SLA and meet conversion targets.
- Monitor data panels and objectives.
- Manage tasks in HubSpot CRM and ensure data is recorded.
- Map and prospect new business opportunities.
Requirements
- Identify and prospect new potential customers through research and market analysis.
- Develop strategies to generate quality leads and maintain an up-to-date database.
- Initiate and maintain effective conversations with prospects via phone, email, and social media.
- Use specific criteria to qualify opportunities.
- Work closely with sales representatives to transfer qualified leads.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time efficiently.
- Advanced English.
Nice to have
- Experience with lead prospecting techniques (outbound).
- Knowledge of trends in technology areas with a focus on conversational commerce.
- Digital certifications in sales and marketing.
- Knowledge of Hubspot CRM.
- Experience in Apollo.
