hirify.global is looking for a Sales Development Representative to play a key role in driving and growing their business.

What you will do

  • Qualify leads efficiently using pre-sales techniques and strategic materials.
  • Understand customer needs and provide solutions aligned with hirify.global's business model.
  • Follow SLA and meet conversion targets.
  • Monitor data panels and objectives.
  • Manage tasks in HubSpot CRM and ensure data is recorded.
  • Map and prospect new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Identify and prospect new potential customers through research and market analysis.
  • Develop strategies to generate quality leads and maintain an up-to-date database.
  • Initiate and maintain effective conversations with prospects via phone, email, and social media.
  • Use specific criteria to qualify opportunities.
  • Work closely with sales representatives to transfer qualified leads.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time efficiently.
  • Advanced English.

Nice to have

  • Experience with lead prospecting techniques (outbound).
  • Knowledge of trends in technology areas with a focus on conversational commerce.
  • Digital certifications in sales and marketing.
  • Knowledge of Hubspot CRM.
  • Experience in Apollo.
