What you will do

• Own Ads & Promotions performance across markets, including revenue, adoption, and commercial KPIs
• Translate strategy into execution by aligning local teams, setting targets, and driving weekly performance reviews
• Improve sales and scaling of Ads & Promotions for enterprise accounts and SMB/long-tail merchants
• Partner with Product, Marketing, and Ops to launch new ad formats, promo tools, and boost adoption
• Build and roll out playbooks and best practices to reduce performance gaps across markets
• Analyze data to identify growth opportunities and issues, then drive cross-functional execution

Requirements

• 8–12+ years experience in marketplaces, AdTech, Retail Media, or similar
• Proven track record of driving revenue across multiple markets
• Strong commercial mindset with focus on growth and performance
• Experience working across Sales, Product, and Operations
• Data-driven with strong problem-solving skills
• Comfortable in fast-paced, evolving environments

Nice to have

• Experience in retail media, food delivery, or marketplace businesses
• Exposure to self-serve platforms, promotions, or CRM
• Experience scaling SMB/long-tail segments
• Familiarity with AI-driven tools or automation
