What you will do

• Lead and manage a portfolio of ERP programmes and projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Oversee end-to-end delivery including business change, technical implementation, governance, financial management, testing, and deployment
• Manage and develop multidisciplinary teams including Project Managers, Delivery Leads, Developers, SMEs, and third-party suppliers
• Drive prioritisation, roadmap planning, resource allocation, dependency management, and portfolio reporting
• Build relationships with senior business stakeholders and technology leadership
• Support agile transformation, continuous improvement, risk management, and governance

Requirements

• UK-based for hybrid role
• Proven experience leading complex ERP portfolios, programmes, or large-scale enterprise technology delivery
• Strong background in ERP transformation projects across H2R, O2C, P2P, R2R
• Experience managing large cross-functional teams in enterprise environments
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, governance, budgeting, and portfolio management skills
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and traditional methodologies

• Tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Workfront, or Power BI
• Relevant certifications: PRINCE2, Scrum, or SAFe
