What you will do

• Design and run the Marketplace operating cadence, including QBRs, product reviews, and 180-day planning.
• Establish and maintain governance frameworks for prioritization, intake, and decision-making.
• Maintain a consolidated Marketplace roadmap across Verticals, Value, Platform, and Engineering.
• Facilitate tradeoff discussions and manage cross-team dependency clarity and delivery alignment.
• Develop internal communications strategies and provide consistent executive reporting on roadmap health.
• Build operational infrastructure, including performance dashboards and KPI tracking discipline.

Requirements

• 10+ years in product operations, strategic planning, program leadership, or chief of staff roles.
• Proven ability to design and scale operating models within complex, matrixed environments.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
• Experience driving roadmap governance across product and engineering organizations.
• Data-driven mindset with comfort operating at both strategic and tactical levels.
• Experience in marketplace, platform, or multi-sided ecosystems is preferred.
