What you will do

• Own CAE program management and reporting for Operational Strength, NVH, Safety, and Vehicle Dynamics virtual status.
• Create and maintain CAE attribute development plans aligned with program milestones and resource needs.
• Track performance status and mass gaps to targets via status reporting.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure product design and performance targets are robustly met.
• Lead cross-functional CAE work streams to close performance gaps.
• Balance attribute delivery against cost, mass, safety, and timing requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree.
• 15+ years of hands-on experience in automotive CAE development.
• Prior experience in team management and leadership of multiple simultaneous projects.
• Strong background in CAE, specifically LS-Dyna, Opti-struct, fatigue, and vehicle dynamics.
• Knowledge of CAE Software: Oasys, Altair, BetaCAE, and ADAMs.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Banbury, UK.

Nice to have

• Experience with Smartsheet and Jira.
