What you will do
- Take end-to-end ownership of complex client programmes as the senior point of accountability for delivery and governance.
- Lead significant people-centric agendas, ensuring a high-quality client experience.
- Guide clients through operational complexity and manage senior stakeholders effectively.
- Focus on the practical implementation of designs to ensure programmes land successfully and commercially.
Requirements
- Proven experience in programme leadership, bringing confidence, structure, and pace to delivery.
- Strong professional gravitas, judgement, and calm authority in high-pressure environments.
- Ability to adapt quickly, build trust fast, and lead with confidence.
- Location: Must be based in London (preferred) or Manchester
- Public sector experience is helpful but not mandatory.
