Requirements

• Proven experience in programme leadership, bringing confidence, structure, and pace to delivery.
• Strong professional gravitas, judgement, and calm authority in high-pressure environments.
• Ability to adapt quickly, build trust fast, and lead with confidence.
• Location: Must be based in London (preferred) or Manchester
• Public sector experience is helpful but not mandatory.
