What you will do

• Maintain and grow an existing client base of lower and high-net-worth individuals.
• Win new clients through professional networks (accountants, solicitors, corporate advisers) and internal referrals.
• Build and manage a high-quality business pipeline and execute growth targets.
• Provide holistic financial advice and generate comprehensive client documentation.
• Ensure full compliance with FCA requirements and Consumer Duty policies.
• Enhance the brand's external reputation through professional excellence and quality service.

Requirements

• Level 4 (Diploma) in Financial Planning (minimum).
• Experience providing regulated advice to high-net-worth private clients.
• Proven business development skills and an established network of professional introducers.
• Strong technical knowledge of risk, suitability, and regulatory compliance.
• Must be based in or be able to work from Chester, UK.

Nice to have

• Advanced Financial Planning qualifications.
• Investment Advice Certificate or equivalent.
• Experience working closely with Discretionary Investment Management.
