What you will do

• Prepare clear, compliant suitability reports tailored to client circumstances
• Conduct research on pensions, investments, protection, and tax planning
• Analyse client data and risk profiles to inform advice strategies
• Collaborate with advisers to refine recommendations and clarify needs
• Ensure advice meets FCA requirements and internal standards
• Provide technical input, explain recommendations, and contribute to process improvements

Requirements

• Experience in paraplanning producing accurate, compliant reports
• Strong knowledge of pensions, investments, protection, and tax planning
• Awareness of FCA regulations including COBS and Consumer Duty
• Ability to interpret client data and communicate technical concepts
• Skilled in financial planning tools and CRM systems (e.g., Intelligent Office)
• Proven ability to build rapport with advisers and clients

Nice to have

• Exposure to cashflow modelling and standard planning scenarios
• Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (CII or equivalent)
