What you will do

• Define and execute 1–3 year roadmap for Canada & LATAM Business Management portfolio, aligning product, design, and commercial teams.
• Own P&L, design PLG loops to drive acquisition, retention, and ecosystem service attach-rate.
• Bridge regional requirements to global platform teams, architecting scalable primitives for e-invoicing, PSD3, and local tax logic.
• Identify market white space and lead AI-native workflows for done-for-you experiences.
• Scale offerings for mid-market with multi-entity management and compliance automation.
• Lead Product Triad and cross-functional teams for GTM excellence and market penetration.

Requirements

• 10+ years Product Management leadership scaling B2B SaaS or Fintech in Canada, LATAM, or similar markets.
• Deep expertise in accounting, fintech, payments, or workforce management.
• Experience in multi-product ecosystems and up-market expansion for mid-sized firms.
• Commercial acumen with LTV, CAC, and revenue impact; P&L ownership.
• AI & data fluency for envisioning agentic workflows; analytical rigor for market discovery.
• Strong communication to influence matrixed organization and global roadmaps.
