What you will do

• Own the product direction and strategy for the Merchant Operations team.
• Craft feature and scope definitions that balance customer, business, and implementation perspectives.
• Gather insights from merchants and internal stakeholders to shape operational workflows.
• Drive the execution of the roadmap focused on merchant operational efficiency and scalability.
• Collaborate with Go-to-Market teams to coordinate successful product launches.
• Define and report on product success metrics tied to merchant operational outcomes.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in product management, specifically with SaaS products at scale.
• Experience in ecommerce, retail operations, or SaaS environments.
• Expertise in Agile/Scrum product development life cycles and leading cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Must be eligible to work within Ontario, Canada.
• Proficiency in using AI tools as a force multiplier for research, analysis, and prototyping.

Nice to have

• MBA degree.
• Understanding of inventory management, order management, and back-office processes.
• Experience with products supporting multi-location retail operations.
• Hands-on building with AI tools (LLMs, agents, automation) and a GitHub profile.
• Experience shipping AI-powered features such as anomaly detection or workflow automation.
