Location: Hybrid from Burnaby, BC office (minimum 50% in-office monthly)

Salary: CAD 136,000 – 170,000 base + equity

What you will do

• Define product strategy and roadmaps for the Home screen, global navigation, and Explore tab.
• Lead the personalization strategy using ML-driven ranking and personalized shortcuts.
• Evolve the information architecture across Home, Wallet, Benefits, and Activity surfaces.
• Own the strategy for new and dormant customer reactivation in partnership with growth and CRM teams.
• Establish governance and standards for feature squads contributing to the Home experience.
• Design A/B experiments and prototype AI/ML capabilities like Next Best Actions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience with consumer-facing products at scale.
• 5+ years building high-traffic mobile or web surfaces such as Home screens, feeds, or merchandising.
• Expertise in ML-driven personalization, ranking systems, and recommendation frameworks.
• Proficiency in A/B testing, funnel analysis, and data-driven prioritization.
• Experience working within regulated environments and handling compliance and risk constraints.
• Demonstrated fluency with AI tools for daily PM workflows and product feature implementation.
